• Response Function
AcoRe receives interrogation signals from the ship's deck topside and transmits a reply signal to assist the ship's deck unit to measure the range between them.
• Release Function
AcoRe receives the release command from the shipboard deck topside, performs decoupling release, and gives feedback on the success or failure of the release.
The AcoRe 8-16k is an acoustic release system developed by Ocean Physics. It can work with rangefinders, ultra-short baselines or other acoustic systems to achieve positioning, communication and release functions. Adopting advanced broadband signal technology and low power consumption design, it features long operation range, long battery time and heavy working load.
AcoRe consists of acoustic transducer, deck topside and release beacon, adopts advanced broadband signal processing technology, and integrates release, positioning and navigation, communication and other functions, and can work with other positioning system. It can be used in the fields of energy, security and scientific research for anchoring mooring system, underwater sensors, underwater structures, etc. It has low power consumption, heavy working load and easy integration, which provides a solid guarantee for subsea operations.
